She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Roy Eugene and Inez Cecil Brattin (Lakey); her children, Michael Pozniak (Linda, Stephen Pozniak), Kevin Pozniak and Donna Bottorf (Richard); her daughter-in-law Kathy Pozniak; her siblings, Tom Brattin, Betty McMillian, Mary Anne Crocker and Michelle Gudde; her sister-in-law Rosella Renkoski; her husband Earnest; her son David Pozniak; her granddaughter Kori Pozniak; and her brothers, Durward Brattin and Ronnie Brattin. She was also cherished by eleven grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren.
