He was predeceased by: his parents, Herb Lowe and Dorothy Lowe (Owens); and his brother Jerry Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Marie Wormington; his children, Karla Casper of Bonner Springs, KS, Chad Casper of Kansas City, KS, Craig Lowe of Freistatt, Melissa Rodriguez (Mel) of Mt. Vernon, MO and Christopher Lowe (Jodi) of Pierce City, MO; his grandchildren, Cody Lowe, Dillon Lowe (Caitlin), Blake Alford (Alyssa), Justine Trevino, Arika Davis (Reid), Brelyn Casper, Hailey Mazur, Mason Lowe, Juli Lowe, Landyn Mayes, Ryder Casper and Cash Lowe; his siblings, Ricky Lowe and Glenda Barchak (Frank); and his aunt Shirlee Newland. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the New Site Bapist Church (1925 Farm Rd 1060, Monett, MO 65708). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions have been suggested to the American Diabetes Association.
