He is survived by: his close friend George Terry; his brother-in-law Jim Scates; his wife Mary Jane Volker; his children, Phillip, Madison and Mitchel; his children-in-law, Logan, Shelby and Madison; his grandchildren, Lilly and Presley; his daughter-in-law Nicole; his son Phil; and also Myra.
