He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Fow and Edith Fow (Kernan). He is survived by: his wife Collette; his children, Steve Fow of Van Buren, Arkansas and Terri Hardcastle of Springdale, Arkansas; his stepsons, Scott Duvall of Greenfield and Greg Duvall of St. Louis, Missouri; and his brother Gordon Fow Jr. of Winslow, Arkansas. He is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
