He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Earl Gulliford and Alta Zalma Gulliford (Janes); his wife Norma Jean; and his siblings, Larry Gulliford and Thelma Armsworthy.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Gulliford (Donna) of Monett and Ann Stockton (Bruce) of Joplin; his grandchildren, Blake Gulliford, Jordan Germano (John), Taylor Gulliford, Katy Manning (Deagan) and Chad Stockton; his great grandchildren, Elliot Gulliford, Luca Germano and Maris Manning; and his close friend Nelda Fritz of Monett.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association in care of the funeral home.
