He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Knepper and Lucille Knepper (Dalton); and his brother Jack Knepper. He is survived by: his wife Rachel; his daughters, Michele Jensen (Jay), Susan Tussler, Jennifer Harvey (Paul), Anne Knepper (Jim Paul), Lisa Ellen Dirnberger (Jeremiah) and Amy Kiolbasse (Justin); and his brothers, Eddy Gustafson of Joplin and Richard Gustafson of Joplin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
