He was predeceased by: his parents-in-law, Carol Camenisch and Gary Camenisch. He is survived by: his parents, Judy Lee of Monett, MO and Gary Lee of LaVista, NE; his sister Mindy; his brother-in-law Kevin Crossland of Kimberling City, MO; his wife Julie Lee of Monett, MO; his daughters, Alexandra (David Hill) of Appleton City, MO, Madison Lee of Baylor University and Grace Lee of Monett, MO; his granddaughter Maren Hill; his sister-in-law Lori (Tyler Galloway) of Lenexa, KS; his niece Murphy Galloway of Lenexa, KS; and also Geoff. He is also survived by many extended family, colleagues, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Lee Education Fund in care of the funeral home.
