She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Hackney (Michael) of Firestone, CO and Karen Hensley (Jim) of Longview, TX; her grandchildren, Tashia Buchtel (Cody), Morgan Ellis (Andrew), Conner Hackney and Christan Hensley; her great grandchild Charlotte Grace Buchtel; her stepdaughter Dottie Crouch (Sam) of Verona, MO; her stepgrandsons, Jonathan Crouch and Michael Crouch; her sisters, Maxine Pearson of Springfield, MO and JoAnn Hankins of Monett; and her sister-in-law Faye Phelps of Republic, MO. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
