She was predeceased by: her parents, John Russell and Maud Mary Russell (Uren); her former husband James W. Johnson; her husband Rev. Neal Ahart; her brothers, Robert Russell and William Russell; and her nephew Steven Johnson (Vicki).
She is survived by: her children, Suzanne Parsons (Mike) and Robert Johnson (Linda) of Milford, Iowa; her grandchildren, Jamie Johnson, Jesse Johnson and Stephanie Newman; and her stepchildren, Jay Ahart (Vickie), James Ahart (Joan), Bonnie Noteboom, Betsy Knodel (Keith), John Ahart (Tracy) and Kathy Noteboom (Jerry). She is also survived by three great grandchildren and two step great grandchildren.
