She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hartman and Winnie Hartman; and her sisters, Mary, Ona, Thelma, Nancy, Harley and Summit.
She is survived by: her husband Tom; her children, Todd Hamburg (Chrissy) of Las Vegas, NV, Tim Hamburg (Karrie) of Nixa and Jennifer Hamburg (Jan Overton) of Monett; her granddaughters, Sydnie and Samantha of Nixa, MO; and her sisters, Debbie Carr of Sarcoxie, MO and Linda Wright of Des Moines. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations have been suggested to the Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks.
