She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Byron Phariss; her sister Sammy Dee Evans; her son-in-law Charles Brixey Faulkner; and her grandson-in-law Dr. Robert W. Allen. She is survived by: her daughters, Noralee Faulkner of Shell Knob, MO and Noveta Richardson (Clovis Richardson) of Little Rock, AR; and her grandchildren, Barbi Lynn (Kurt Vinsant), Dr. Charlisa Faulkner Allen, Andrea Lea (John Mertz), Dr. Charles Byron Faulkner (Mary), Sheila Marie (David Stone) and Alicia Anne (David Hart).
