He was predeceased by: his parents, Toney Bauer and Rose Bauer; his wife Barbara Gorrell; and his siblings, Charles, John, Dorothy Mae and Rosella.
He is survived by: his children, Blaise (Nancy) of Girard, Brian (Courtney) of Monett, Bridget of Springfield, Bernadette Pinter (Frank), Bethany Atchley (Russell) of Fayetteville, Barbara Lyall (James) of Littleton, Benita Uhl (Derrek) of Republic and Bianca Mobley (Bert) of Monett; and his sister Betty Lensing of Lake Providence, Louisiana. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mary's Catholic School or St. Lawrence Catholic School.
