She was predeceased by: her parents, John William and Belva Naomia Wilson (Ennes); her husband Howard; her grandsons, Lars and Lemmy Phillips; her great grandchild Dannyray Phillips; and her siblings, Leroy, Gene Wilson and Dora Ray.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Phillips (Courtney) of Monett, MO, Terry Phillips of Windsor, MO and Rebecca Phillips of Monett; her grandchildren, Vada Phillips (Jacob), Austin Phillips (Casey) and Hannah Phillips; and her great grandchildren, Rustyjoe Phillips and Jaxon Phillips. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
