He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Patton and Robbie Patton (Weiss); and his siblings, Robert Patton, Shirley Robberson and Jeanie McCaffery.
He is survived by: his wife Trish of Monett; his children, Kristen Conway of Fair Grove, Missouri, Marcus Patton of Carl Junction, Jereme Batson of Springdale and Matthew Batson of Monett, Missouri; and his siblings, George Patton of Monett, Missouri, Mike Patton of Monett, Missouri, Beverly Wiseman of Monett, Missouri and Sally Daughertery of Monett, Missouri. He is also survived by six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
