He was predeceased by: his mother Mabel Moennig (Spree). He is survived by: his father Marvin Moennig; his spouse JoNelle Staponski; his children, Christopher Moennig (Amanda) and Amber Carr (Will); his grandsons, Noah Dean, Seth and Abel; and his sister Nancy Wecker (Moennig).
