He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Garoutte and Ruby Garoutte (Turner). He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Josh Garoutte, Paul Moore and Mindy Blair; and his sister Carla Henbrey. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
