Kent McAlexander Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 16, 2016, at the age of 92, Kent McAlexander (Monett, Missouri), born in Mayetta, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John William McAlexander and Edna McAlexander (Reynolds); his son Arnold McAlexander; his grandson Andrew Norton; and his siblings, Elroy, John McAlexander, Eunice Vaught, Lucy Buehler and Verda Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Florence Helen Evey; his sister Corrine Eigenman of Mayetta, KS; his children, Bruce McAlexander (Jeanette) of Monett and Lynda Norton (Carl) of Monett; and his daughter-in-law Rebecca McAlexander of Keokuk, IA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in care of the funeral home, P.O. Box 424, Monett, MO 65708.
