It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Curtis Caldwell of Monett, Missouri, who passed away on January 4, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Caldwell and Lura Belle Caldwell (Duncan); and his brother Vernal "Pooch" Caldwell. He is survived by: his children, Richard Caldwell (Amy) of Athens, AL, Lynne Ann Caldwell-Smith (Linc) of Tulsa, OK and Melinda Kay Caldwell of Harrison, AR; his grandchildren, Alice Caldwell Allen (Chase), Sally Caldwell Cole (Steven), Andrew Smith (Maddy), Aaron Smith (Caroline Edelmaier) and Skylar Caldwell; his great grandchildren, Ann Adele Allen, Woods Allen, Casey Cole and Porter Smith; and his close friend Mary Buchannan of Monett. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Buchanan Funeral Home (301 Euclid Ave, Monett, MO 65708). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
