She is survived by: her husband Mike Mendenhall; her daughters, Tammy Dunaway (Nick) and Tonya Baysinger (Jon); and her siblings, Mike Smith, Clinton Smith and Janet Monte. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
