It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Glenwood Sebastian of Monett, Missouri, who passed away on March 8, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Sebastian and Glenda Sebastian (Mills); his brother Jack; his sisters-in-law, Diane Sebastian, Celeste Williams and Diane Naeger; and his grandson-in-law Stan Murphy.
He is survived by: his children, Mark (Stacy) of Monett, Sara (Joe Lay) of Monett and Chris (Tina) of Monett; his sister Joan Turnbeau of Springfield, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Courtney Murphy, Ashley Barnes (Brad), Grant Lay (Cameren), Lauren Sebastian (Jon Whisman) and Sydney Turner (Zack); and his great grandchildren, Gavin Bailey, Destry Patton, Riley Barnes and Koleman Lay. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Memory Care Unit at Oak Pointe of Monett, a very special place to the Sebastian family.
