It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jerry G. James of Monett, Missouri, who passed away at the age of 87, on December 31, 2024. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Monroe and Mary Matilda James (Ballay); his son Justin James; and his siblings, William "Hank" James, Annabelle Burnetti and Mary Lou Gripka.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Jane Mooney; and his children, Jeff James (Mechele), Joni Sue Dohmen (Frank) and Julie Wages (Matt). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Buchanan Funeral Home (301 Euclid Ave, Monett, MO 65708). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Waymark Church (2581 State Hwy 37, Monett, MO 65708).
