She was predeceased by: her parents, Doyle Hayes and Ruby Hayes (Ellis); and her son Tim Scroggins. She is survived by: her sons, Dustin Scroggins of Monett, Todd Scroggins (Cynthia) of Exeter and Robbie Purdom of Pierce City; her grandchildren, Tim Scroggins, Beau Scroggins, Drake Reese, Stormi Purdom, Tyler Purdom and Robbie "R. J."; her great grandchildren, Maddox Briskey, Raelynn Briskey and Aspen Purdom; her siblings, Lavern Hayes (Henrietta) of Purdy, Jean Hayes (Linda) of Springfield and Lavita Rhinehart (Charles) of St. Genevieve; her aunt Georgia Angelo of Springfield; and her uncle Bob Hayes (Kay) of Cassville.
