He was predeceased by: his wife Juliet Hagale; his son Tony of Muskogee, OK; his parents, Lyle Black and Loraine Black of Monett, MO; and his sisters, Frances Carlin and Beverly Crain.
He is survived by: his children, Jim Black (Elaine) of Springfield, MO, Hazel Morris (Rob) of Holdenville, OK and Mary Gaines (Steve) of Bartlesville, OK; and his daughter-in-law Tracy Black of Muskogee, OK. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
