He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Davis and Blanche Davis (Turner); and his sisters, Eleanor Stocker and Mary Gorman. He is survived by: his wife Wilma; and his children, Chris Davis (Kathy) of Purdy, Missouri, Lisa Hains (Art) of Springfield, Sarah Stephens (Bard) of Chesterfield and Kim Davis of Monett. He is also survived by four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations in honor of Jack may be made to the Monett Sheltered Workshop or the First Christian Church in Monett, Missouri.
