He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer K. Blair and Mary Blair (Zornes); his wife Josephine Yvonne "Jo" Cecil; his brothers, Fred Blair and Edward Lee Blair; and his son-in-law Ray McDowell.
He is survived by: his daughters, Pam McDowell of South Greenfield, Monica Hoy (David) of Jefferson City and Teresa Burleson (Randy) of Neosho, Missouri; his sister Treva Stapleton of Ashland, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Kyle McDowell (Kendra) of Ozark, Cody McDowell (Sara) of Moberly, Brandice Rosander (Jay) of Cincinnati, Colin Anthony (Melanie) of Jefferson City, Kenny Burleson (Kristina) of Aliso Viejo and Clayton Burleson (Natalie) of Bentonville; and his great grandchildren, Vanessa, Brooke, Grayson, Tate Rosander, Maddox, Hudson, Landry, Sutton McDowell, Stella, Nora, Theo Anthony, Aleesa, Nick Burleson, Lyla and Owen Burleson.
