He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Mullins Sr. and Bertha Mullins (Boyd); his wife Sadie Ellen; his son Russell Edward Mullins; and his siblings, Rolla Mullins, Zelma Able, Thelma Carlin, Margaret Gilbert, Lois Yerton, Imogene Henderson, Maxine Davis and Eula Henderson.
He is survived by: his children, Henry Thomas Mullins (Sarah Jane) of Monett, Lea Ellen Turner (Bill) of Bowling Green and Janie Lynne Gaydou of Monett; his grandchildren, Kerri Pace (Turner), Bryan Turner, Shelia Hernandez (Mullins), Misty Mullins, Jeannie McCorkle (Turner), Jacque Butterfield (Mullins), Russ Mullins, Stacie Young (Turner), Monica Coursey (Gaydou), Pam Ray (Mullins), Clinton Gaydou and Laura Moore (Turner); and his siblings-in-law, Charles Shideler and Billie June McNeff. He is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
