He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Schoen and Rufena Schoen (Krueger); and his brother-in-law Richard Barnes. He is survived by: his wife Linda Sue Barnes; his son Jason Allen Schoen of Monett; his grandchildren, Geren Schoen and Graceyn Schoen; his brother Maurice Schoen (Faye) of Monett; his nephews, Jeff Schoen (Amy) and Christopher Schoen (Molly); and his siblings-in-law, Marilyn Larson (Bruce) of Mt. Vernon, Gayle Butler (Gary) and Jim Barnes (Evelyn). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Shriner's Hospital in St. Louis, MO, in care of the funeral home.
