He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Benton Willoughby and Mary Eathel Willoughby (Loving); and his siblings, Tom Willoughby, Bert Willoughby, Lee Carter and Mary Fritz.
He is survived by: his children, Chris Willoughby (Debbi) of Monett, Autumn D. Caraway (Jason) of Shiloh, IL and Joy Willoughby of Monett; his grandchildren, Jackson Willoughby, Jewelia Willoughby, Hannah Caraway, Liam Caraway, Heather Moennig and Brittany Young; his great grandchildren, Payton, Carson and Mackinley Moennig; and his siblings, Earl Willoughby, Jack Willoughby (Vicki), Hettie Kyger, Oneita Pyle (Bill) and Wilma Kinder. He is also survived by his extended family and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to The Willoughby Family in care of Martha Willoughby.
