We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2020, at the age of 84, Effie Elizabeth Rice (Monett, Missouri), born in Aurora, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Shaffer and Lucy Shaffer (Lloyd); her husband Albert Rice; her sons, Mike, Frank and Rick; and her siblings, George Shaffer, Dorothy Williams, Zebie Lloyd, Mary Waltrip, Lucy Waltrip and Lucenda Eden.
She is survived by: her children, Albert Rice of Verona, Timmy Rice of Purdy, Jerry Rice of Aurora, Linda Henderson of Monett, Patricia Privitt of Butterfield and Vivian Lombard of Monett. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
