He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ivaska and Mary Ivaska (Kubik); his wife Erma Mae; his son Mike Ivaska; and his siblings, Chuck Ivaska, Pauline Shearer and Loretta Gunseor.
He is survived by: his children, Ken Ivaska (Janice) of Romeoville, Ray Ivaska (Barbara) of Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, Robin Ivaska of Joliet, Sue Rucker (Randy) of Springfield, Terrie Calderon (Bob) of Troud Texas, Francine Ivaska of Joliet and Lisa Elliott (Chuck) of Plant City, Florida; his siblings, John Ivaska of Wisconsin, James Ivaska of Wisconsin and Evelyn Nechuta of Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Luke, Brandy, Daniel, Steve, Jessica, Cody, Cole, William, Nicole, Ashley, Armoni, Brittani and Branden; and his great grandchildren, Justin, Cameron, Leah, Joshua, Marley, Ivy, Detroy, Amiyah, Evelyn and Wyatt.
Memorial donations for Donald may be made to the American Cancer Society or Hospice.
