He is survived by: his mother Joanne Housman (Hayes) of Chariton, IA; his children, Casey Housman (Sydney) of Deridder, LA and Shantel Johnson (Scott) of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Jewell, Shea, Luca Johnson, Conner and Dameon Housman; and his siblings, Andy Housman of Atlantic, IA, Fred Housman of Des Moines, IA, Perry Housman of Chariton, IA and Judy Mumford (Ken) of Russell, IA. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in care of the funeral home.
