She was predeceased by: her father Sidney Dean Doty; her nephew Zackery Gorman; and her cousin Tony Whisenhunt. She is survived by: her mother Sue Ann Doty (Rosier); her son Daxen Johnson; the father of her child Steve Johnson; her siblings, Jerrad Gorman (Kristi), Ashley Forgey (Kyle), Melissa Boshears (Daniel), Michelle Gettler (Chris) and Sheila Phelem (Chris); her nephews, Ashton Medlin, Kyler Forgey, Colten Gorman and Cody Gorman; and her niece Ally Gorman. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to the Daxen Johnson Education Fund in care of the funeral home or First State Bank of Purdy.
