She was predeceased by: her parents, James Daniel Cook and Jessie Allene Cox Cook; her siblings, Richard F. Cook, William A. Cook and Sandra Buckland-Look; and also Martha.
She is survived by: her husband Gregory M. Scheurich; her children, Jeffery Scheurich (Veronica) and Elizabeth Scheurich (Josh Taylor); and her grandchildren, Lauren and Andrew Scheurich. She is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews and several cousins.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to Ronald McDonald House of the Four States in Joplin or Lafayette House.
