He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmen Musgrove Sr. (Azuara) and Mark Sr.; his brother Mark Musgrove Jr.; and his brothers-in-law, Joseph L. Anderson and Gerard Hartline.
He is survived by: his wife Janyce; his children, Brian Chouteau of St. Paul, Minnesota, Tammie Musgrove-Woods of Shallotte, N. Carolina, Ginger Rodriguez of Shallotte and Shawn Marie Oliver of Gilbert Arizona; and his siblings-in-law, Martha Musgrove of Denton, TX, Shirley Schmelzinger of Bradenton, FL, Karen Odell of Kansas City, MO., Gloria Webb of Kansas City, MO., Mary Danaher of Kansas City, MO., Sylvia Hartline of Kansas City, MO., Paula German of Kansas City, MO. and Russell W. Anderson Jr. of Kansas City, MO.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
