He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Wahlert and Marjorie Wahlert (Schwab); his brother Jerry D. Wahlert; and his great grandchild Stephen Chase Wahlert. He is survived by: his children, Paul Wahlert (Glenda) of Cassville, MO, Stephen Wahlert of Monett and Leah Aldridge (Glen) of Monett; his brother Howard Wahlert (Teresa) of Waukee, IA; his sisters-in-law, Cheryl Wahlert and Jane Woodruff (Phillip); his grandchildren, Stephanie Glass (B. A.), Aaron Wahlert (Fallan Skidmore), Lacey Houska (Mike), Sarah Howe (Philip), Douglas Aldridge (Courtney) and Kristen White (Justin); and his great grandchildren, Eliza, Wheeler Glass, Peter Howe, Ellis Aldridge, Emma and Alec Patterson. He is also survived by six nieces; two nephews; and a host of extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials donations may be given to the New Site Baptist Church Building Fund in care of the funeral home.
