He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Cherry and Olive Cherry (Monroe); and his siblings, Jack Cherry, Jerald Cherry and Judy Perch.
He is survived by: his sister Barbara Hall (Rex) of Jefferson City, Missouri. He is also survived by two nieces; three nephews; and fourteen great nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, First Presbyterian Church, Monett, or Compassus Hospice in care of the funeral home.
