He is survived by: his sisters, Martha Carlette Zimmerman of Anderson, MO, Betty Jean Zumwalt and Colleen Epperson; his nieces and nephews, Kevin Hagan, Ryan Epperson, Robbie Booth, Carlette Alexander and Jennifer Gent; and his foster siblings, Jamie Lee Martin, Jeffrey Lynn Martin, Jackie Lou Barton and Joyce Lavon Law.
