He was predeceased by: his father Emmitt Miller. He is survived by: his mother Sue Miller Lamons; his siblings, Tony Miller (Laura), Clint Miller (Missy), Wendy Salmons (Craig) and Misty Culwell (Mark); his aunt Sally Blansett; and his nieces and nephews, Cori, Chelsy, Cody, Cassi, Laci, Stormy, Shawn, Ivy, Zain, Payton and Alexis. He is also survived by ten great nieces and nephews.
