She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Jacobs and Alice Clad; her husbands, Joseph William "J. W." Dow and Bob; her daughter Kay Hicks; and her uncle Frank Clad.
She is survived by: her daughter Rose Dow of Jefferson City; her granddaughter Jasmine Harris of Jefferson City; and her aunt Elsie Clad of Centertown.
