He was predeceased by: his grandmother Jennifer Gimpel; and his great-grandparents, Jennie Cummings, Ed, Marion Gimpel, Jim, Nell Rinehart, Alta "Dot" and Casper Heilig.
He is survived by: his parents, James Heilig of Mountain View and Tina Howard (Gimpel); his parent-in-law Terry of Mokane; his siblings, Jeremy Heilig, Zachary Heilig, Dustin Argabright, Shelby Howard and Sara Howard; and his grandparents, Douglas Gimpel, Cap, Connie Heilig, Bill and Velma Howard. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
