He is survived by: his daughter Lori Cunningham Kelly of Cuba; and his siblings, Donald Cunningham of St. James, Joseph Cunningham of Coffing, Roger Cunningham of Cuba, Ronald Cunningham (Melinda) of St. James, Edward Cunningham (Janet) of Steelville and Donna Davis of St. James.
