With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vicki Summers of Moberly, Missouri, born in Ottumwa, Iowa, who passed away on December 25, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Vicki leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her husband James (Jim) Summers (Albia Community High); and her siblings, Elizabeth, Wayne Jr. (Chris) and Jon Steven. She is survived by: her daughters, Lynn Summers of Columbia and Amy Summers of Huntsville; her brother Kevin Christy of Longmont; her grandchildren, Katrina of Paris and Andrew of Columbia; and her great grandchildren, Rylan and Keegan.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Cater Funeral Home Chapel (1520 E Rollins St, Moberly, MO 65270). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
