He was predeceased by: his parents, Sydney Wells, and Virginia Wells, Sr. (Deckert); his wife Iva Sue Lowe; and his brother Carl Kmiec. He is survived by: his children, Shirley Meyer (Danny) of Moberly, Edward Wells of Moberly, Virginia Sue Wells of Moberly and Sydney Wells, III (Micaela). He is also survived by twenty grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren; along with many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Morton Chapel - Linn (911 E Main St, Linn, MO 65051). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
