He was predeceased by: his parents, Madge Conger (Warren) and Jim Conger; his in-laws, Roger and Loraine Akers; his son Kerry Dean Conger; his daughter-in-law Tammy Conger; his brother Donald Conger; his siblings-in-law, Ellis Jeffries, Harold Akers and JoAnn Johnson; and his nephews, Gary Jeffries and Greg Akers.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Conger of Moberly, MO; his children, Kurt Conger (Lisa) of Clifton Hill, MO and Leslie Koenigsfeld of Jefferson City, MO; his grandchildren, Shonelle Best (Jacob) of Clifton Hill, MO, Chiera Conger of Sailbury, MO, Kellie Cashatt (Bryan) of Moberly, MO and Kallan Jennings (Jessie) of Columbia, MO; his great grandchildren, Lane Best (Cori) of Wright City, MO, Tristin Best (Maddie) of Moberly, MO, Souleena Best of Clifton Hill, MO, Brayden Cashatt of Moberly, MO, Mollie Jennings of Columbia, MO and Knox Cashatt of Moberly, MO; and his sisters, Sherry Bruch (Joe) of Cameron, MO and Janice Jeffries of Hale, MO.
