He was predeceased by: his parents, Elfa R. Houston Clements and Byron H. W. Clements; his brothers, Donald Clements and Byron Clements; and his nephew Scott Clements.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Clements of Moberly, MO; his children, Kathryn McMath McMath (Michael) of Lake Wylie, SC and Ronald Clements Jr. (Cheryl) of Albuquerque, NM; his stepson Matt McKinney (Brittany); his grandchildren, Christopher, Nicolina Converso and Ronnie Clements III; his stepgrandsons, Liam and Aidan; and his sister-in-law Pat Clements of Macon, GA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any memorial contributions be made to Meals on Wheels or the Patriot Guard.
