It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger David Franklin Turner of Moberly, Missouri, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on December 16, 2022, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Murrel Turner and Margaret Turner (Prewitt); and his close friend Charles Massman. He is survived by: his wife Penny Carrigan; his children, Sydney Turner of Moberly, Chris Robinson (Carolyn) of South Roxana, IL, Becca Mesey (Edward) of Woodriver, IL, Michael Robinson of Cottage Hills, IL, David Turner and Edward Turner; his grandchildren, E. J. Mesey, Brittany Mouser and Samantha Stockl; and his siblings, Robert Turner (Deanna) of Macon, MO, Cathy Miles (Roy) of Moberly, Susie Turner of Moberly, MO and Meggie Bondy of Hannibal, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
