He was predeceased by: his sisters, Donna Althouse and Gerri McShore. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Miller; his children, Barry Rucker (Vera) of Moberly, Larry Rucker (Amanda) of Columbia and Tracy Foulkes (Ronald) of Moberly; and his stepdaughters, Anita Miller of Moberly, Audra Miller of Texas, Amber Cade of Murfreesboro and Melva Miller of Moberly. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 5 step grandchildren, a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
