He was predeceased by: his parents, Waldo Penton and Evelyn Penton (Canote); and his sisters-in-law, Anita Penton and Cheryl Penton. He is survived by: his wife Judy Volle; his children, Kenna Kay Henry, Bob Penton (Kim) of Columbia and Cindy Heathman; his stepchildren, Dusty Volle (Katina) and Deana Volle; his brothers, Oliver Penton of Huntsville and Norman Penton of Vandalia; his grandchildren, Joshua Henry (Jamie), Patrick Henry, Micala Dummit (Cory) of Centerview, MO, Eric Penton (Rachel) of Herman, MO, Cortney Ikpe (Stanley) of Baltimore, MD, Nathan Petersheim of Harrisburg, MO and Kaleb Petersheim of Mexico, MO.; and his great grandchildren, Eden, Phoenix, Cruze Henry, Clayton, Mason Dummit, Elijah Ikpe, Ava, Ella Petersheim, Kobe Petersheim, Amelia, Emmett Volle and Ryan Katz.
