He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Kitchen and Jessie Kitchen (Bryant); his son Nicky; and his brothers, Joe, Rick and Doug.
He is survived by: his wife Debby Kitchen of Cairo; his sons, Brian Kitchen (Melina) of Corbin, KY and Jeremy Kitchen (Amy) of Cairo; his grandchildren, Ashley, Katie (Brandon), Olivia, Evelyn, Owen and Ella; and his great grandchild Jax. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Gene supported "Cowboys for Christmas" and in lieu of flowers memorial contributions to Cowboys for Christmas would be appreciated.
