He was predeceased by: his son Harry Ervin; and his brother Charles Ervin. He is survived by: his children, Denise Dameron of Moberly, Louis Ervin, Jr. of Moberly, Tiffany Ervin of Moberly and Leo Ervin of Columbia; his grandchildren, Jessica Winn, Latoya Winn, Arianna Freese, Kyree Ervin, Makila Ervin, Jalean Ervin, Jordan Ervin, Jazmin Ervin and Tionna Ervin; his great grandchildren, Malaysha Winn, MarSean Winn, Nila Winn, Aireon Jefferson and Deion Tolan; his nieces, Twila Ervin and Marcia Ervin; his sister Lillian Harris of Marshall; and his wife Sarah Elizabeth Harris. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
